Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Commercial Wallace & Wallace, Realtors®, John was a principal and Chief Operating Officer of Aztex Enterprises, a convenience store chain with locations throughout the State of Tennessee. John was responsible for site selection, acquisition, development and construction for over 30 years. His past experience has been in site selection, with an emphasis on off market properties, variance and rezoning requests, working with architectural and engineering firms. to develop properties. John is very familiar with the real estate markets in all of East Tennessee, west to Nashville and Memphis. John also founded Sells Development Company in 2006 which functioned as a Residential Real Estate Development Firm. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and Tennessee Fuel and Convenience Store Association (TFCA). John's sphere of influence is in the Blount County/Maryville Governmental Community and with leading engineering firms that provide additional assistance in helping buyers evaluate the feasibility of properties.
