KAAR Commercial Day

Do you know a fellow residential agent looking to learn more about selling or buying commercial real estate?

KAAR is hosting Commercial Day on Wednesday, October 24 with the first half of the day geared toward residential agents.

Instructor Ed Riggins, SIOR, CCIM will be teaching "Commercial Opportunities for Residential Agents" (3 CE), followed by a free lunch with a panel of area commercial real estate experts in office, retail, industrial, and property management.

After lunch, join Ed for a second class, "Living with Lumpy Cashflow" (3 CE).

Members from Area Commercial Organizations will also be on site, such as IREM, BOMA, and CCIM.
